Tonight I had the chance to check out the Youth Music Project in West Linn. One of my students was performing and although she ended going first and I missed her performance, she'll be uploading to her youtube page soon. The brave youth who performed were well supported by great equipment and sound technicians and the building is absolutely gorgeous. This nonprofit has some great camps coming up and they have Teen Open Mic Night on the 3rd Friday of every month. I love this place! If you have kids interested in performing in the Portland area, check this place out!
